Most asymmetric ciphers would be rendered useless if quantum computer are ever built. This is a serious threat to cipherspace and TCMB therefore has to prioritize its research in protocols for survival in the post-quantum age.
McEliece needs to be implemented to combat the imaginary or real threat of quantum computers.

The Emerging Network To Reduce Orwellian Potency Yield (ENTROPY) has an implementation of McEliece. The simplest solution is likely to rip this code. There might be better implementations however :)
