\textbf{From}: Telecomix Crypto Munitions Bureau (TCMB).

\textbf{To}: The Department of Defense, USI, Cameron.

The Telecomix Crypto Munitions Bureau was commissioned by Cameron for the purpose of exploring the possibilities of ciphers to protect the domains of independent and free communication channels. The Bureau is also responsible for the manufacturing of munitions technologies for the liberation of territory under the rule of oppressive regimes. TCMB has established itself and begun operating as requested.

TCMB has explored the cipherspace, its protocols and ciphers. TCMB have concluded that it is impossible to stop the spread of fractal cipherspace as long as there are computing machines available. In the chthonic ciphers, a few hidden entities of cipherspace has joined cause with the Bureau and now shares TCMBs agenda. Some agents has converted and formed a group of hierophants, studying computational complexity theory, category theory, non-euclidian geometry and eternal data-love. This sect now functions as an integral research department for the study of how thoughts, arts and ciphers can most beautifully be expressed in non-causal Turing machines of the Post-Quantum Computing Age.

The Bureau has explored the possibilities of creating active radio equipment for the purpose of stealth communication. The svartkast technology was successfully developed and manufactured by the munitions factories under TCMB command. The Bureau now considers methods to scale the production capacities with decentralized and local manufacturing nodes. This form of munitions can be used in territories of harsh draconian dictatorships to guarantee the availability of free communications channels.

A few days after the formation of TCMB we were rendered unable to contact our bureau director. She entered a sealed box with a pair of cyanide pills, and now we do not know if she is alive and well. This has forced us to operate without clear objectives, without a chain of command. It must be admitted that since this event, the bureau have consisted of a unknown number of independent research sections that all operate in secrecy of each other. There is no clear leadership. We recognize that this is wholly according to the mission statement of TCMB.

This book is written by agents from the various sections 19bf of TCMB. We do not know who contributed to it, neither do we wish to know.
